For the protection of the seniors receiving letters through Project SMILE, the following represents content that is prohibited in the Project SMILE letters. Any letters containing such content will be flagged during the review process and the content will be deleted before the letter is sent.

• Any subject matter that would represent an offer to buy goods or services
• Any subject matter that would be considered a misrepresentation of facts
• Any subject matter that would be considered unsafe, inappropriate, or malicious in its intent toward the recipient
