What kind of care do we provide?
The SUFS board of directors reviews each request for assistance on a case-by-case basis. Based on the specific needs of the senior, assistance may be provided in the form of:
- Medical equipment
- Medical supplies
- Home Care Services
- Programs to Fight Loneliness and Isolation
- Basic needs (utilities, property taxes)
- Referrals to community resources or government aid
- Transportation
- And more
